PASTRIES

Available fresh or frozen, our pastries are made in house entirely from scratch. They contain no tropical oils or artificial trans fats.

Napoleon: Three layers of all-butter puff pastry are sandwiched with Bavarian cream and raspberry jam, then topped with a striped chocolate and white icing.
Slicing available for an additional cost.

Quarter sheet: $40.00

12x4 inch bar: $25.00

Cream Horns: Buttery puff pastry is wrapped around a mould, baked into a cone, lined with chocolate and filled with whipped cream.
$2.75 each, minimum order of 6.

Cream Puffs and Eclairs: Made to order from scratch these enormous cream puffs and �clairs are the ultimate indulgence. Our shells are hand split, chocolate-dipped and filled with white chocolate, raspberry or chocolate mousse.
